Sophia.Tsakiri@uth.tmc.edu We describe a female neonate with ovarian torsion, ovarian follicular and dermoid cysts, congenital ascites, pleural effusions, and respiratory distress. Her symptoms were consistent with atypical Meigs' syndrome and resolved after unilateral oophorectomy.
